V spodnji Semedeli, Veluščkova Ulica oddamo prostorno trisobno stanovanje v izmeri 64 m2 z razporedom: 1x enoposteljna soba (18 m2) za študenta ki jo lahko koristi sam in 1x dvoposteljna soba (18 m2) za enega ali dva študenta, kopalnica, velika dnevna soba v povezavi s kuhinjo in zasteklenim balkonom s pogledom na morje, pralni stroj, wi-fi, možnost koriščenja kolesarnice. Lokacija nahaja v neposredni bližini mosta čez reko Badaševico (Bonifika) tako da je omogočen hiter dostop do centra mesta (cca 10 min hoje). V Bližini tudi ostala infrastruktura - avtobusna postaja, trgovine, športni park, šolsko igrišče, lokal ipd. Ogrevanje klima in elektrika. Za nabavo posteljnine in brisač poskrbimo mi oz. po dogovoru. Cena za enoposteljno sobo znaša 300 eur, za dvoposteljno sobo 450 eur (225 na osebo). Stroški niso vključeni. In lower Semedela, Veluščkova Ulica, we are renting a spacious three-room apartment measuring 64 m2 with a layout: 1x single room (18 m2) for the student to use alone and 1x double room (18 m2) for one or two students, bathroom, large living room in connection with the kitchen and a glazed balcony with a view of the sea, washing machine, wi-fi, possibility to use the bicycle storage room. The location is located in the immediate vicinity of the bridge over the river Badaševica (Bonifika), so that quick access to the city center is possible (approx. 10 minutes' walk). Other infrastructure is also nearby - bus station, shops, sports park, school playground, bar, etc. Heating, air conditioning and electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided by us or by agreement.
